Welcome to the Kansas EZ Library! From here you can access our online books, learn to use each service, and find help when you need it.  Downloadable audiobooks and ebooks available in this collection are provided through a consortium including the State Library of Kansas and your local public library.

Please realize we are in a transitional period for our online book vendors.  Our contract with the previous vendor ended December 5th, 2011.  See this FAQ page for the full story:

Coming Soon3M Cloud Library

Mobile App Beta Access: 01/18/12

Access via Computer: end of February.

Update 02/02/12: 3M has missed their January 31 deadline.  The hold up: the computer app uses Adobe Digital Editions to transfer the books to your portable device.  For more information on this see the 3M Beta Progress page.

Register

A Kansas Library Card is necessary to use this service.  These can be obtained at any public or school library.  More registration options may be available soon. Please do not try to log in with your local library card number!

Tutorials

  • Mobile Access Instructions- Devices that can download the ebooks app from the Android or Apple app stores will be able to use it first.  Compatible with mobile app:

    -Android smartphones (like the Droid)
    -Android tablets
    -iPads/iPhones/iPod Touch
