This is a set of twelve trustee training videos, suitable for small libraries. While somewhat lighthearted in approach, they do cover the basic issues. DVD copies are available from the State Library of Kansas.

Working Together (From the Connecticut State Library, Friends of Connecticut Libraries)
This is a well-organized summary of the responsibilities of the library's Director, Board of Trustees and Friends.
