Shannon is the Continuing Education Coordinator and the Administrator of the State Library certification programs for the library administrators and trustees. She is also the liaison with the Kansas Library Trustee Association (KLTA) and the Friends of Kansas Libraries (FOKL).

Roy Bird

Roy is the Director of the Kansas Center for the Book, which handles several children's programs, including Kansas Reads to Preschoolers and Letters About Literature. Roy is also the LSTA Coordinator and handles all consulting questions on LSTA programs. Roy also currently handles many questions on budget and library law issues.
