The Advisory Council created the Friends of Kansas Talking Books in 1987 to accept tax deductible donations on behalf of Talking Book Services.
Every gift to the Friends of Kansas Talking Books becomes a gift to thousands. These contributions enable us to purchase items not funded in our budget, such as new descriptive video titles. The funds also support programs or services for the Kansas Talking Book Libraries. When a gift is made, it should include the name of the person being honored or memorialized, and the name and address of the family member to be notified. Contributions may be mailed to the Regional Library in care of Friends of Kansas Talking Books. All contributions are tax deductible. If you are interested in giving on a local level, contact your subregional library.
